Today, we present to you how TeaDAO will launch and what will be the prerequisites to participate in its birth.
1 — Rewarding our founding members : MIGRATION PHASE
a) Thanking our founding members.
First and foremost, we want to thank our dear community users, the ones who always trusted us and never let us down. You gave us the strength to never ever give up.
As a gesture to you, we hereby announce that you, the founding members, will always have a reserved place within TeaDao. That is why you will all be able to migrate to TeaDAO at no cost thanks to our migration mechanism.
To that effect the TeaDAO team has decided to allocate 9% of the total initial supply (300 000 TEA) to you. 🍵💖💖🍵
As you all know now, our team will always reward its faithful initial investors.
b) Migration principles and reminders.
The migration phase of our founding members represents the first step of TeaDAO launch. It will happen between Tuesday, January the 11th, 2022 and Tuesday, January the 18th, 2022.
Every holder of Mint, Sugar, Teasport and Jag will get the right to convert them to the single $Tea token when TeaDAO will launch.
Quick reminder of the migration ratios:
1 Tea = 1,025 MINT (covering the actual 2,5% in the Mint tokenomics)
1 Tea = 76 SUGAR
1 Tea = 37 TEASPORT
1 Tea = 20 JAG
So how will it work ? Simple !
You will have to go to the actual Teaswap Dapp, in the Migration section, put your tokens in the smart-contract, and receive a rTEA ticket that will represent your amount of Tea for the Launch.
The only fees you’ll have to pay are the approval of the smart-contract.
c) Direct consequences after the Migration phase :
Please note that after the migration concludes, on Tuesday, January the 18th, 2022, Teaswap will cease to exist in profit of its rebirth into TeaDAO.
Meaning :
- Mint, Sugar and Teasport will no longer be available in trading
- Farming and staking apr will be set down to 0%
2 — PRIVATE PRESALE PHASE
a) Access , date, general principles :
The Private Presale will only be accessible for our whitelisted users in our Discord channel.
It will happen on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022.
A share representing 18% of the total initial supply (600 000 TEA) will be allocated to this exceptional event.
b) Private Presale characteristics :
- Minimum bid : none
- Maximum bid : 2500 BUSD
- Price for 1 TEA = 2$
- TGE : 10%
- VESTING : 7 Days
- A total of 5% of all raised funds will be used as the liquidity reserve for the launching event, 80% will be put to the TeaDAO Treasury and 15% will be added for the Marketing for direct growth.
3 — PUBLIC PRESALE PHASE
- Date, access and general principles:
Starting on Saturday, January the 22nd, 2020, a total of 36% of the initial Tea supply (1,2M Tea) will be offered at this stage
- Public Presale characteristics
- Minimum bid : none
- Maximum bid : 25000 BUSD
- Price for 1 TEA = 4$
- TGE : 20 %
- VESTING : 5 Days
- A total of 5% of all raised funds will be used as the liquidity reserve for the launching event, 80% will be put to the TeaDAO Treasury and 15% will be added for the Marketing for direct growth.
4 — LAUNCH PHASE
a) Date, access and general principles :
On Monday, 5pm UTC January the 31st, 2022, TeaDAO will launch officially.
At 4pm UTC, TEA will be listed and all the previous participants will have received their $TEA tokens by then.
At 5pm, TeaDAO will launch. The price for 1 Tea at launch will be 4$
At the launch, users will be able to bond and stake $Tea in the TeaDAO interface.
